TURN AROUND TIME (TAT):
All items are made to order unless specified. Please allow 10 to 14 working days after receiving your order for it to be made and on it's way back to you.
SHIPPING:
All DOMESTIC orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped using INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS INSURED. All duties, customs, taxes, and any and all other costs associated with receiving shipment are the buyer's responsibility.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final on CUSTOM MADE items, SALE items, and all designs of our laptop carriers because these are made-to-order in the size, fabric and style of your specifications and are difficult for us to resell.
All other items may be returned for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt in new and unused condition please include a note explaining the reason for the return and a copy of your invoice.
